10.0 – Signature Drawing
The signature points reported from the device can be drawn on an HTML 5 Canvas object. Refer to the
sample extension for drawing the signature points and scaling of the signature.
11.0 – Instructions to run sample application
Before running the sample web page from the SDK/Sample folder one has to install the Chrome Native
Messaging Host and Chrome Extension for the Chrome browser and the Firefox Extension for Firefox
Follow the quick instructions to install these.
11.1 –Chrome Extension installation and configuration
11.1.1 – Windows and Linux
1. Open the Chrome browser, type and navigate to the URL chrome://extensions/ or
else Go settings->Extensions.
2. Click on LoadUnpackedExtension and choose Extension folder (<SDK
location>\Sample\ChromeExtension). Confirm the installation by clicking on the OK
button in browse dialog.
3. Confirm and accept the permission dialog displayed.
4. Make a note of the extension ID displayed in the extension window.
